Meetings of the Council

The next scheduled meeting of the Parish Council is on 8 September in the Village Hall from 7pm

Parish Council meetings will usually take place on the second Monday of the month in Bacton Village Hall, starting at 7.00pm (unless otherwise advertised); dates of  future scheduled meetings are: 8 September, 20 October, 10 November, 2026: 12 January, 9 February, 9 March, 13 April and 14 May (2026 dates to be confirmed once the Village Hall have a bookings calendar). Meetings are open to the public and press and there is a section of the meeting where residents are invited to raise questions or make comment, 

Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings and there is time set aside at every meeting when residents and other village stakeholders may ask questions about or comment on matters on the agenda although there is no requirement of the Council to answer any questions immediately, Councillor's will take account of the balance of views expressed when they are deliberating matters during the remainder of the meeting; residents may also suggest matters for future consideration by the Council.

Please note all documents are filed in Council year and not calendar year; the Council year runs from April through to March.
