The Council's Standing Orders prescribe the conduct of our meetings and business. The Standing Orders are based on a nationally agreed template and are due to be reviewed in May 2026. They can be viewed here. 

Financial Regulations are the rule book for Council finance and regulate and control the Councils financial affairs and accounting procedures. These are due to be reviewed in May 2026 and can be viewed here.

Parish Councillors are required to observe the Code of Conduct which sets out the standards of behaviour that Councillors are expected to adhere to. They are also required to register certain types of interests - this is explained on the People page. All Councillors resolved to adopt the Code of Conduct, as seen on 20 May 2024.
